Things Kids These Days Will Never Experience

It's kind of weird how we're shaped by the inconveniences of our time. Having the Simpsons be interrupted by the State of the Union and never getting to find out the ending, having to wait to tell your friends about things, and having to have a conversation to figure out everyone's best guess as to what year Die Hard came out. Now that all this crap is behind us, we can focus on the upsetting ways people found out they weren't young anymore.

I knew where all the local ones I could use from my car. One day I pulled up to use one of my normal ones and I couldn't get a coin in because it was jammed. So I dug out my pocket knife and fiddled with it and when they all released, I ended up with around $30 in quarters! F

Even with MP3 players if you didn't have the song on it you weren't going to listen to it until you could connect to a computer. It's wild having gone from CDs to MP3 players to Streaming. Zune was best 1v1 me on rust about it.
